Barbarian Farming OSRS is a farming method that was introduced in the Barbarian Training miniquest.
It allows you to use a barbarian rod, a fishing bait, and a barbarian assault horn to quickly travel between four farming patches:
Herb, allotment, flower, and hops patches near Barbarian Outpost, Fishing Guild, Ardougne Monastery, and Seers’ Village bank.
Plant seeds, use barbarian rod with bait to fish leaping fish in OSRS Barbarian Farming, enhancing efficiency.
Each leaping fish you catch will give you some agility and strength experience. Additionally, there’s a chance to obtain a barbarian assault horn.
The horn can be used to teleport to the Barbarian Outpost, where you can access the herb patch and the nearby bank. You can then repeat the process until your crops are ready to harvest.

Complete the Druidic Ritual quest to unlock the herblore skill.
Complete the Fishing Contest quest to access the fishing spot near the Fishing Guild.
Complete the first part of the Barbarian Training miniquest to unlock the barbarian rod and the ability to fish for leaping fish.
Have at least 48 fishing, 15 agility, and 15 strength to catch leaping trout, the lowest level leaping fish.
Higher fishing, agility, and strength yield better chances for catching advanced leaping fish with higher horn drop rates.
Have at least 35 farming to plant ranarr seeds, the most profitable herb to grow. Higher levels of farming will allow you to plant higher level seeds, such as snapdragon, torstol, and dwarf weed, which have higher yields and values.

Get it from Otto Godblessed near Barbarian Outpost after completing Barbarian Training’s first miniquest segment.
A Fishing Bait
Buy or get bait at fishing shops or by defeating monsters like zombies, rats, and mogres.
A Barbarian Assault Horn
Buy leaping fish from Commander Connad at Barbarian Assault for 50 honor points or catch it while fishing.
A Seed Dibber, A Aake, A Spade, & A Watering Can
